Office building for Bestseller at Pier 2
iOver the last few years, Bestseller has been seeking to establish both office and logistics facilities at various locations within the Port of Aarhus. Originally, the plan was to establish a large logistics centre with associated offices at the new Østhavn, but this was abandoned in favour of an office block at Mellemarmen.
The plan for the office block has now finally taken shape as a local plan proposal. The plan is now to build the office block on Pier 2, immediately adjacent to the Sibirien junction, and in the immediate vicinity of the future Navitas Park on the northern bastion.
