There are many unwritten rules regarding the use of Usenet, but the Danish groups have benefited from a large community of news enthusiasts who have set down some of the most important ones.

The Danish hierarchy is far better regulated than many others, resulting in a high degree of order and usability.

I therefore believe that, as users, we should all follow the rules and recommendations agreed upon by the majority.

Rather than reproducing all the rules here, I would instead refer you to the pages on www.usenet.dk that I consider important.
