A short city walk between the two museums
Aarhus has a number of interesting museums, but for those interested in local history, the City Museum is particularly worth a visit. It’s well worth taking the opportunity to visit the Occupation Museum on the same ticket, and whilst you’re at it, see a host of historic buildings on the way between the two.
An obvious stop is in the basement beneath the Main Library, where the local history archive is housed.
