George Michael concert in Aarhus, 18 May 2007

George Michael performed a concert on Friday 18 May 2007 in Aarhus, and another concert on Saturday.

The concert opened with ‘Grand Avenue’ and a band that turned out to be Sandie Thom. It was nearly half past nine before the star finally made an appearance.

The concert was well put together and well executed, although the last few songs leading up to the interval were a bit too quiet.
The stage was a dazzling spectacle of lights, but the layout meant that many people could stand close by, and at times be less than a stone’s throw from the star.
