I have worked for the current TDC for several years.
My duties have been very varied. I have worked as a Windows and ISDN support technician. I have trained support staff and telecoms engineers in various technical subjects. I have worked with knowledge databases and internal applications.
I have also carried out profitability calculations for various products.

Although I try to remain as neutral as possible in all debates, it is clear that my views may be coloured by my employment circumstances. In the vast majority of cases, I believe that my views differ from my previous ones solely because of my greater insight into matters compared with what I knew previously.
However, everyone is free to assess my statements for themselves and, where necessary, to subject them to critical analysis.

The relationship between internal and external information sometimes requires walking a tightrope. When is information public?
I usually take the precaution of not writing anything in the news that is not already publicly available. In other words, I only write about things that can already be found in the news, on the web, or that can be obtained by making a phone call.
When it comes to technical standards, such as ISDN standards, however, I may deviate slightly, as these standards are not usually publicly available but require a subscription with, for example, ETSI. Nevertheless, by their very nature, these standards cannot be regarded as internal TDC information.
